SECRET SPHERE Set Release Date For New Album

March 26, 2005

Italian power metallers SECRET SPHERE have set a May 30 release date for their new album, "Heart & Anger". The CD will surface in Japan on April 21.

Commented the band in a statement: "The album is one of the most powerful and melodic of SECRET SPHERE, with symphonic parts performed by 'Secret Symphony Orchestra', born for this special occasion, 50 classical musicians, some of them from Alla Scala theatre, Milan. Choirs are performed by the opera singers of Micrologus ensemble and by Vera Quarleri, Marco Mesemi (MORGANA singer) and Roberto Tiranti (LABYRINTH singer),who also sings as special guest on the song 'First Snake' with Ramon.

"We worked on [the album] for more than one year and we finally got one of the best results concerning composition, quality and above all, emotions! Drums have been recorded in Sweden by our great friend and drummer Daniel Flores, already playing with MIND'S EYE.

"Recordings took place at One Voice Studio (Chivasso, Italy) by Daniele Giordana (f.o.h. with BIOHAZARD, AGNOSTIC FRONT) and at Sheepvalley studios (Stockholm, Sweden). All mixed by Achim 'Akeem' Köhler (productions like BRAINSTORM, SILENT FORCE) at House of Audio (Winterbach, Germany)."
